If the heartbeat of the fetus is detected there is a chance that the pregnancy will continue normally. If there is no detected heartbeat, there is no way to save the pregnancy.
If the vaginal bleeding progresses, the uterus starts to contract and you’re feeling painful cramps this is called as inevitable abortion because it cannot be stopped. If some of the products of conception has already been pushed out, this is called as incomplete abortion.
