Miscarriage Warning Signs

Miscarriage is often called spontaneous abortion. It is an unfortunate event to those who wants to have babies. Not all the signs of miscarriage result in miscarriage so be watchful because some of it’s signs are similar to pregnancy symptoms. Vast majority of miscarriages happen within the first 8 weeks of pregnancy. Contact you’re health care provider if you are experiencing cramping and bleeding to determine if this signs will lead to miscarriage.

A light and painless vaginal bleeding is the first sign of miscarriage. It is often called as threatened abortion due to bleeding that threatened the pregnancy. This abortion has usually no significant pain and change in cervical consistency. This is very common in the first trimester of pregnancy. The best way to know is to use an ultrasound scan. If the heartbeat of the fetus is detected there is a chance that the pregnancy will continue normally. If there is no detected heartbeat, there is no way to save the pregnancy.

If the vaginal bleeding progresses, the uterus starts to contract and you’re feeling painful cramps this is called as inevitable abortion because it cannot be stopped. If some of the products of conception has already been pushed out, this is called as incomplete abortion.
