Many say that it is called Michelin Tire Baby Syndrome, characterized by multiple, symmetric, circumferential skin creases, or bands, on the forearms, lower legs, and often the neck that are present at birth according to Wikipedia.
Elijah is normal so there’s nothing to be worried about.

oo naman no, lahat ng anak ko ganyan, after a year wala na.. pero ako kahit now meron pa rin sa leeg.. waaaaah
