Celebrating New Year.

I am happy and sad at the same time. Happy because Elijah and I managed to stay awake until midnight, had fun singing and playing. Sad because we are not able to celebrate New Year with mom, lex and kuya. We didn’t enjoy the free fireworks display because we are in the middle of the mountain so expect to see trees and houses. We didn’t buy fireworks, just a box of sparkler to make the kids happy. I don’t know what is going on inside our subdivision, it is like an ordinary day for us. No loud music, no firecrackers in the street. Not that I am expecting too much to my neighbors it’s just they should at least be partying and feel 2011.

We shared many good foods that made my tummy aches. Too much food intake. Haha! We slept, play and eat all day. Had a Skype call with mom. 🙂

  1. Hi Pibyang! Happy New Year to you! Where are you from, may I ask? How come New year wasn’t celebrated in such usual big and noisy fanfare in your subdivision? I find that weird. In any case, at least you and your family are safe. Wish you more power this 2011 and all the years to come!
