Getting Fit For My Kid

I am very lucky to have my son at an early age. Imagine if he turns 18 years old, I will only be 36 by then. We can hang out together and there will be no major problem because I can relate to him in terms of friendship, love, schooling and I do not have to raise him in an old school way if raising a son. I maybe 21 today but I am not getting any younger. Sooner or later I will pay for all the things I have done in college. I have to be fit and healthy for Elijah so when the time comes that Lloyd and I are old, I will still be able to look after him.

Who knows I will have a high blood pressure, gallbladder disease or diabetes someday for not eating healthy food during my younger years. We can never tell what will happen in the future that is why I wanna lose weight and start a healthy lifestyle. I don’t wanna go any kind of surgery even if it’s electrosurgery. It is true that prevention is always better than cure.

  1. When my son turns 21, I will be 55 years old; that’s because I conceived in my early 30s. But it’s true what you said; moms like us should take care of ourselves for the sake of our children.
