Trying to Get Pregnant – Are You Trying Too Hard?

Some are trying their very best to conceive while others have the guts to abort pregnancy. It’s very disappointing to watch news about aborted babies. I feel bad. If only I can sustain all the needs of every baby left by their mothers upon delivery, I will adopt them. I have friends who want to get pregnant but they can’t because of health and lifestyle issues.

They say that the best time to have sex is when the woman is ovulating. Women do not always ovulate when they think they will, having sex three times a week will cover the women’s bases, meaning, they will not miss an opportunity to get pregnant. Having sex three times before ovulation will increase the chances in getting pregnant.

Some birth controls have longer readjustment period which means a woman’s body is not yet ready to conceive again. It takes 10 months to one year before a woman who takes DMPA injection can get pregnant again after her last injection. If you are ready to be pregnant again, stop using birth control methods the soonest possible time.

Maintain a healthy lifestyle. Excess body fats can disrupt ovulation also having less body fats means your body cannot produce enough hormones to ovulate and sustain pregnancy. Eat less seafood and choose high in antioxidant and organic foods. Quit smoking and taking drinks with caffeine.

See your doctor and have yourself and your partner checked. Chances to get pregnant can be affected by some diseases and infections so better see our doctor first before you try to conceive.

I hope the tips I got from what I read will help you get pregnant in no time. 🙂
