The first trimester of you pregnancy can be pretty exciting and overwhelming at the same time. No one would notice about you being pregnancy since the baby bump is not yet visible.
The first trimester starts on the first day of your last menstruation period and ends after 12 weeks. Frequent urination, swollen breast, morning sickness, fatigue, dizziness, food cravings and other emotional symptoms are only few of the changes you might feel during the first trimester. Morning sickness occurs throughout the day, it is often called as nausea.
A soon as you missed your period, remember to contact your doctor to know if you are pregnant or not. In this way, you will be examined to know if you are healthy and will be given prenatal vitamins to help you and your baby stay healthy during pregnancy.
