The third trimester of pregnancy is from week 28 to 42. This the the last trimester of pregnancy and your prenatal check up is weekly. During this period, the baby is becoming healthy, active and strong that is why some says it’s the most tiring part of pregnancy. The baby is gaining weight rapidly and you will feel the movement already. You may even see the feet or hands as they move.
The most exciting part of the pregnancy for me. Time pass by very slowly as we wait for our due date. It’s the best time to search for a beautiful name since the we already know the baby’s sex/gender by this time. Constant back pain and abdominal growth are noticeable this time because more pressure is on your legs, pelvis and bladder. As the baby moves deeper, more pressure will be on the bladder that causes frequent urination.
During the entire pregnancy, it’s best to exercise or walk at least 30 minutes every morning. This will lessen leg cramps and other pregnancy problem.
