There’s a big difference between using and abusing something. When a person is into too heavy drinking he’ll suffer from too many liver diseases that may cause death. It’s just the same with smoking, too much smoking can lead to lung diseases that may also cause death.
While smoking has many bad effects on our health, there are researches conducted that shows it has also health benefits. The nicotine appears to be effective in preventing cartilage and joint deterioration. Smoking lowers the risk of Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease.
I am not encouraging everybody to smoke, I just wanted to share the health benefits of tobacco. My partner is a smoker but I am not going to buy humidors for him so he can keep his cigarette sticks in one place.
