My mom and eldest sister are already paying for a monthly amortization so they can move to their own houses in after two years. Lloyd and I, on the other hand, do not have anything on mind yet. We don’t have something home appliance or furniture that we can call our own. We are just starting.
I saw a house for sale here in our place. It’s a 2.1 million two bedroom bungalow house which I think is suitable for the three of us but the price is very expensive. This is located inside the newly developed residential subdivision near our place. The company behind this project is also into making metal buildings and condominiums.
Lloyd prefer to live in a condominium while I am happy with anything as long as I can call it ours. Maybe we can’t buy a home of our own in two to three years time but I do hope to have one in the future.
