When it comes to pregnancy, many people are still into old beliefs or traditional superstitions. It sometimes leaves us stressed out but there is always Google to help us figure out if it is just a myth or not. So worry no more.

EATING FOR TWO
FACT: A pregnant woman only needs about 300 extra calories to their daily during pregnancy. I’m sure you don’t want your baby to have obesity issues so please stick with healthy options.

AVOID EXERCISE
FACT: Regular and moderate exercise are beneficial to a healthy pregnancy.

DO NOT USE HAIR DYE
FACT: There has been no known evidence that coloring your hair may result in birth defect. But it is still best to be on the safe side so let us not dye our hair during pregnancy.

AVOID SEX
FACT: Sex is safe in a low-risk pregnancy.

TAKING HOT BATH
FACT: Hot bath is safe just be sure that the water temperature is not over 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

EATING SEAFOOD
FACT: Properly cooked seafood is safe to eat during pregnancy. They are an excellent source of vitamins and protein. Avoid those that are high in mercury.

I suggest that you take everything in moderation. There is no harm if you will listen.
