Our family has history of diabetes and hypertension. My mom, sister Rikka and me were in cesarean section due to high blood pressure, my grandfather due to heart attack and my uncle died becuase somw of his internal organs are not functioning well. We are lucky not to have any form of cancer like Mesothelioma.

Health is wealth, it’s really true. We should know what to eat and how to eat right. Healthy living is not just about losing weight. You need to add more activities and eat a healthy diet. Say goodbye to fast and junk foods, say hello vegetables and fruits. Keep out of fried foods and high fat sauces. Look for foods that contain fiber, vitamins and minerals.

Positive thinking is also the contributor in your healthy lifestyle. Get rid of those bad vibes and stay positive throughout the day.
