Graduation

pinaymama · April 21, 2012 · Leave a Comment

Graduation is only a concept. In real life every day you graduate. Graduation is a process that goes on until the last day of your life. If you can grasp that , you’ll make a difference. – Arie Pencovici

It’s graduation month again and I am sure many are getting emotional especially the parents of the graduates. If only I continue my studies, I am one of the proud graduates of University of the Philippines Baguio BUT you can’t see me in the blogosphere because I will never have a time for this.

As the quote says, graduation happens every single day of your life. Graduation rites means you accomplish another stage of your life and you are on your way to the next level.

If ever Elijah graduated from kinder with no honor, it’s okay as long as I  can see that he is learning and enjoying the things he do. Receiving trophies, medals and diplomas is a plus but I don’t have to pressure him if he can’t make it on top. We, parents, should never expect too much from our children. We should not dictate what their future is going to be. Let them decide, let them enjoy. We are only here to guide them not to control them.
