If you are not used to regular yoga exercise then you should start slowly.

Yoga provides pregnant women with many benefits. It helps to reduce swelling, back and leg pain, and insomnia. It also helps you  focus on relieving tension around the cervix and birth canal and on opening the pelvis to make labor easier and quicker. During pregnancy, you want to stay in shape and do what is best for your baby-to-be. Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to do both. Whether you are new to yoga or already an experienced practitioner, you can enjoy the benefits of yoga while pregnant. Yoga classes are a great way to prepare yourself for the birthing process as well as enjoy the company of other pregnant women. Love is the ability and willingness to allow those that you care for to be what they choose for themselves without any insistence that they satisfy you.
